About Dr. James Moore
Dr. James Moore is a physician you've grown to know and trust during his 30+ years of practice in northeast Georgia. His technique is impeccable. His commitment to state-of-the-art technology is second to none.
A native of West Hartford, Connecticut, Dr. Moore received a B.A. from Duke University and an M.D. from New York University. Dr. Moore completed his internship at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia and his residencies in general and plastic surgery at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals. He is board certified in plastic surgery.
Dr. Moore and his wife Susan, who is a nurse, are the parents of three daughters, Katie, Gwen and Libby. Dr. Moore is also know as Grandpa to two boys and a little girl. He enjoys such pastimes as long distance running, swimming, biking and has most recently taken up paddle boarding.
