The "liquid facelift" restores facial volume, reduces wrinkles, and provides a degree of facial rejuvenation. The liquid is typically an injectable filler (Restylane Lyft, Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Silk, and others) in conjunction with Botox which relax facial lines. A liquid facelift can restore a youthful appearance with minimal downtime, discomfort and no incisions or scarring.
Liquid Facelift – What is a Liquid Facelift?
A Liquid Facelift is a technique for injecting advanced dermal fillers to lift, smooth and fill the face. The results mimic a surgical facelift with no downtime.
We use Juvéderm® Voluma® XC to plump up the cheek tissues and fill in creases. Restylane® Silk helps erase fine lines around the mouth and eyelids.
IMMEDIATE EFFECT
In the midcheek and jaw area the volume loss and skin relaxation are now routinely treated with volumizing fillers such as Juvederm Voluma. The results are immediate and the effect can last up to 2 years. The step off seen at the eyelid-cheek junction (tear trough) can be smoothed with a lighter filler such as Restylane Silk. Over time there is also progressive thinning of the lips, loss of shape and the development of vertical lines. The lip shape and volume can also be enhanced with these same types of fillers.
No down time
The total time in the office to complete this process is about 40 minutes with no downtime. You can go on about your day as soon as you leave us.
